Account Verification and Identity Confirmation

bk99 cast reserves the right to verify members' identities to maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment. A photo of a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested for verification.

Additional verification may be required before withdrawals or for large transactions. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete. All documents submitted are sent through encrypted channels and stored securely.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.3 Transaction Responsibilities

The same payment method used for depositing must be used for withdrawals. Withdrawals to third-party wallets or bank accounts are not permitted. bk99 cast reserves the right to carry out additional verification if any discrepancy is found in a transaction.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳40,000 in bets.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. There is a set time limit for completing the bonus terms, which will be stated at the time the offer is announced.

5.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

1. Each offer may be claimed only once per account.
2. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
3. The terms of bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.
4. If a deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
5. Bonus funds should not be treated as free money — they are a conditional benefit.

VIP Program and Cashback

The bk99 cast VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

6.1 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback. This cashback is added to the account on a weekly basis.

6.3 Tier Advancement

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular activity. The criteria for tier advancement are determined by bk99 cast and may change.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not processed due to a technical error, network issue, or unusual circumstances, bk99 cast will investigate and make a decision.

7.2 Sports Betting

Each event in sports betting is governed by its own rules. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the remaining selections will be recalculated.

7.3 Casino Games

Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

All members of bk99 cast must use the platform honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Account Suspension and Closure

9.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account by contacting the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing the account. As part of the responsible gaming policy, the option to self-exclude or take a temporary break is also available.

Limitation of Liability

The bk99 cast platform's services are provided on an "as is" basis. bk99 cast is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server outages, disruptions to third-party services, or internet connection problems.

Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in game and betting outcomes, which is impartial and verifiable. There is a risk of financial loss in gaming and betting, and members must participate within their own means and limits.
